perfection.

Today has been not to bad so far. My football team won yesterday, HUZZAH. Musical is coming along ok and I'm surviving school. Things are good between me and my ex, and my friends are lovely and wonderful. Two of my close friends have snared boys lately. Excellent work girls. First step, seduction! Then we load them onto the rocket and send them all to the moon! Just kidding. Kind of.

I'm cooking Tacos tonight. COOKING. I know it's a shock. Calm down. I'll post a photo if they turn out ok. *touches wood*

Schoolies plans are coming along well which is getting me excited. Mum and I are also planning London/Paris trip which makes me very happy :) Owy, you're going to get an epic birthday present.

Which reminds me, Michael is 17 this week! I will post something wonderful and Chris Colfer-y for him on Saturday <3

Anyway, I have to go buy lettuce for the tacos.

Au Revoir!

ah tick tock you don't stop

Things are very up and down lately. This morning I went swimming with beautiful Lucy and her boyf and Cameron which was really nice and relaxing. Then I was exhausted and went to VET and got all sad about grandpa and was grumpy and horrible. Then had a chat to lovely people and it was all good.

also, just warning you about intense blog spam tonight. it's keeping me sane. and come on, it's Glee and Dance Finale tonight. so much epicness.

Leaving for Albury tomorrow for the funeral Friday. Things will be tough but I'm hoping it will give me some closure.

luck of the irish

Hi there! So it's Tuesday night and tomorrow is a MASSIVE day.

Firstly, it's St Patrick's Day. AWESOME. My family is part irish and gets quite into it, I shall be wearing a lot of green tomorrow.

Secondly, it's my audition for Anything Goes. MAJOR STRESS. I want this part so badly... but I've prepped all I can, now I just have to wait and see. Hopefully the luck of the irish will prevail :)

After that I have VET and then School Council.

loooooong, tiring, day.

Lots of CAPITAL LETTERS, as you can see.

In more exciting news, Chen Chen and I have plans to see Derek Landy in a week and a bit.

He is author of the amazing Skulduggery Pleasant series. It's awesome. You should read it.

He's also Irish, this makes him twice as awesome.

I'll keep you posted. (and by you, I mean Mia and Miranda, the only people who read this. Hi!)

Keep Smiling :)

having a bad day.

Have you ever had one of those days where everything seems to go wrong? Everyone is out to get you and everything seems to be going right for everyone else?

Small things happen, that on any other day would have been small gripes. But today they all add up and you seem to have the worst luck in every situation. You can't remember a single thing that went your way all day. You're probably overreacting but you're in such a bad mood by now that you don't care.

I had one of those days.

I slept through my alarm and walked outside to realise it was hot hot hot. about 37, I think the average was.

This was not a good start to the day.

My politics teacher decided to spring a surprise open book test on us. I had forgotten to bring my textbook to class and didn't manage to finish within the time limit.

My friends all chatted away and had a nice recess, while I frantically tried to finish my music diary to be handed in next session. My teacher then informed me that she changed her mind and didn't want them until Friday.

We had a stupid assembly on Year 12 Attendance which they will apparently be enforcing this year and then I had to rehearse for a perfomance on Wednesday that I don't want to do. and that I have to miss my favourite subject; Dance, for.

It's the first class, so I'll miss all the orientation stuff.

Last session was Legal and it was so hot in the room. He made us work on stuff I'd already done. Longest, hottest, most boring session I've had in a while.

Then afterschool, I went out with my bf to get a slurpee to cool me down. We had an argument, not that big I guess but I think we're due for a difficult conversation about year 12. We'll work through things though, we always do. That's love for you.

So really not the best day. But things could be so much worse. I just have to keep my chin up.
